- Payment Information: Payment details such as card or bank info, processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
- Transaction Information: Details of the recharges, bill payments, and other services you request through the App.

- Device details: Device-specific ID (e.g., Installation ID), Android ID, device model, and OS version for security and account mapping.
- Usage data: App logs, crash reports, feature usage statistics, and IP address for analytics and service improvement.

We are committed to transparency. We only request sensitive permissions when necessary for app functionality and provide clear in-app disclosures explaining why we need them.
a. Permissions and Their Purposes
- Contacts: To allow you to easily select a contact for a recharge or payment. We will not access your contacts without your explicit consent, which is requested with a clear pop-up explanation.
- Storage (Photos and Files): To allow you to save transaction receipts or download account statements to your device. Permission is requested at the moment you initiate a download.
- Phone: To verify your mobile phone number during the initial registration process.
b. User Control
You can manage or revoke permissions at any time through your device's settings. Denying a permission may limit access to specific features (e.g., you won't be able to pick from contacts), but the core functionality of the app will remain available.

- Service Provision: To create and manage your account, process your transactions (recharges, bill payments), and deliver the services offered by the App.
- Communication: To send you important transaction confirmations, account notifications, service updates, and respond to your inquiries.
- Security & Fraud Prevention: To authenticate users, detect, prevent, and address fraudulent or unauthorized activity, and enhance the overall security of the App.
- Analytics & Improvements: To understand how users interact with the App, diagnose technical issues, analyze performance, and improve the user experience, features, and content.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share data with trusted third parties essential for providing our services:
- Payment Gateways & Financial Institutions: To securely process your transactions.
- Telecom & Utility Providers: To fulfill the recharge or bill payment requests you make.
- Cloud & Hosting Providers: To securely store data and operate our services.
- Government or Law Enforcement: When required to do so by law, court order, or other valid legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for a subsequent period as required to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., financial record-keeping laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

- Access & Update: You can view and edit your personal profile information directly within the app.
- Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly from the app's settings menu.
- Permission Control: You can withdraw your consent for permissions like Contacts or Camera at any time via your device settings.
- Opt-Out: You can opt out of promotional communications by using the "unsubscribe" link in our emails or changing your notification preferences in the app.
- Data Portability: Upon request, you may obtain a copy of your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
- Exercising Rights: To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 14. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 48 hours for initial acknowledgment and within one month for fulfilling requests, unless complexity requires more time.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18 ("Minors"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Minors. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a Minor without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.

You have the right to delete your Fastperecharge account and the personal data associated with it.
How to Delete: You can initiate account deletion directly within the App by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account and following the on-screen instructions.
Data Deletion Process: Upon confirming your deletion request, your account will be deactivated immediately, and your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days. Some residual data might be retained longer only as necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup purposes, and will be securely deleted once those purposes are fulfilled.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy here with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Fastperecharge after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
